Jelly is not, despite popular opinion, a delicious green desert which is often found hiding in a bowl at various pizza restaurants. Instead, he is a designer and developer that works long hours as part of a team that creates web-based applications for geoscientists and their esteemed and not-so-esteemed peers.
At this point it is important to note that it is quite difficult to have long hours, seeing that all hours are made up of the same amount of minutes, which are made out of the same amount of seconds and so forth. It requires much commitment and concentration to stretch hours, and can usually be avoided by simply not owning a watch.
In any case, it is outside of these long hours that Jelly is able to chase his true passion, which is undoubtedly film. Or design... or cartooning. Or animation. In which case it would mean that he has a number of passions and the previous list is not necessarily in a particular order.
Besides having written and directed one film, he spends most of his waking hours tending to an online comic that goes by the name of Jelly's World. This comic is heavily based on his life, which must be exciting enough for people to care, because he enjoys a select following of regular readers.
He also owns a watch, but chooses not to look at it in the hopes that he will find that the long hours are only a very uninviting dream, or a dream of a dream, or both, or neither, or all of the above.
